There is long story behind this work. I tried to do a classic collage and once again I failed having no particular idea... typical ;P But I left this for some time and then returned back trying to do something out of it. I let myself for some crazy movements, but in result it was still very messy... And when I was going to throw it away, I once again made an attempt to ease the chaos by recompozing the fragments and adding some drawings and details. Then I found a good point of this piece in the title "The Siege of Dreams", as reference to the state of mind after the unpleasant, chaotic and senseless dream with the feeling of tiredness in the morning... However, the final touches and normalization of levels was made in photoshop, so I submit this particular piece in digital art gallery. Maybe I'll move it to scraps later :)

Nice... the colors of nature. It is refreshing to look at this as the summer draws to a close.

love it! not quite sure why ;) but it just has such presence and life about it! the colours and random ink drawings are so lovely! the trees are obvious enough, but then it seems to blend into ice and fish and peacock feathers. love it! :D
